Handyman in Rochester, NY

Salary Range: $25-$35/hour as a 1099 independent contractor

I am looking for help preparing homes for sale in various locations in the city of Rochester and the suburbs of Monroe County.
This involves things like cleaning out, minor repairs, painting, yard work etc.
This work pays by the hour as an independent contractor (1099) and is only available when I am hired to sell a home for someone.
Most weeks there is zero work. This is a position for someone with a flexible daytime weekday schedule when I have work available. 
You must live in Monroe County NY now.
