Ink Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced individual to join our team located in Rochester, NY. The right candidate will possess good work-ethic, be highly motivated, a team player, and reliable.

Basic Job Description

Operate machines to ensure the highest quality of production is achieved.
Weigh-up and mixing of printing ink materials.
Working with chemicals and ink ingredients
Report immediately to supervisor/lead/manager any and all problems, which may affect safety, equipment, tooling, and/or quality.
Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner in accordance with company guidelines.
Safely use and maintain work equipment.
Putting away stock and inventory control.

General Requirements

3+ years experience batch weighing
3+ years experience color matching of lithographic and/or flexographic printing
Understand all safety rules and procedures.
Must be able to perform all tasks/duties required in an appropriate time frame.
Basic math and computer skills.
Work and communicate well with co-workers, supervisors.
Ability to have reliable transportation back and forth to work.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand both oral and written instructions.
Working and standing up to 3-4 hours at a time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.

Full-time position

2nd shift available: 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday (OT may be required)
