Residential Painter Interior & Exterior - New Construction

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high standard of finish on all projects.

Duties:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes for imperfections.
• Apply paint using various techniques including paint spraying and brush/roller methods.
• Work on both residential and industrial projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Utilize power tools effectively for tasks such as hanging doors.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before final approval.
