Salary Range: $20

As a subcontractor with OptiShine Services, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients across a variety of environments — including offices, apartments, retail spaces, and more. We hold every team member to our 49-Point Cleaning Checklist and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties for commercial and residential clients, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment correctly.
- Ensure every worksite is left clean, organized, and meets client expectations.
- Communicate promptly with OptiShine Services staff regarding scheduling, special requests, and any issues that arise during jobs.
- Complete all assignments on time with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning (2–4 years preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (for applicable jobs).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proof of insurance (if required by local law or client contracts).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with specialized cleaning (e.g., carpet cleaning, window cleaning, post-construction cleaning).
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices.
- Previous experience as an independent contractor or subcontractor.
