Salary Range: $18.50/hr.- $25.50/hr

The primary purpose of your job is to provide and assist resident in maintaining maximal functional ability,
provide quality care and promote quality of life.

C.N.A. Day & Evenings shifts available!
(7am-3pm/3pm-11pm), includes EOW & Holidays
Full Time – 37.5 hrs. wk., Part Time – 22.5 hrs. wk.
• Assist RN’s & LPNs with resident care by adhering to the Resident Care Plan
• Must have High School diploma or GED & have completed NYS approved Nursing Assistant
• Must have at least 6 months of proven experience working as a CNA
• Must have a current NYS Nurse Aide Certification.
• Pay Range: $18.50/hr.- $25.50/hr. (Per Diem – Must commit to two weekend shifts a month (16 hrs. a month) – Pay: $20hr.)


C.N.A. 12-week Contract
• Must be available for all shifts! includes EOW & Holidays
• Assist RN’s & LPNs with resident care by adhering to the Resident Care Plan
• Must have High School diploma or GED & have completed NYS approved Nursing Assistant
• Must have at least 1 year of proven experience working as a CNA
• Must have a current NYS Nurse Aide Certification.
• Pay: $25hr.
