The Customer Care (CC) Advocate resolves customer inquiries via telephone, mail, web chat, off-phone work, and email. The CC Advocate answers inquiries for both our customers, members and business
partners. Responding in a professional, efficient, and timely manner to resolve issues and enhance member and provider satisfaction/retention is important to be successful in this role. Prior experience
with high-volume Customer Service in a call center environment and navigating in multiple computer programs is preferred.
