We are currently seeking an energetic candidate to fill the role of Administrative Assistant for our manufacturing division.

Primary Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant include:
• Answer phones
• Prepares incoming / outgoing mail
• Prepares purchase orders
• Ordering supplies
• Prepare reports
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualified candidates will possess the following education/experience and skills:
• Intermediate to advance knowledge in Excel & Word
• Associates degree; or 1 + year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
