Salary Range: $25.00 - $32.00 / hour
REQUIREMENTS:- Associates degree in Secretarial Science or equivalent and 5 years clerical experience

- Computer skills (Microsoft office products, Access database, Google Docs, SharePoint, Zoom)
- Job or Volunteer Experience with Non-for-Profit Agencies a plus Flexibility
PURPOSE:
To assist the President, Board and Trustees in the smooth flow of information needed to process grant requests from the community
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Track the status of all requests through the Foundation's various processes, manually or in a database (LOI –- grant request – grant payment – grant reporting).
Oversee office management of Foundation records and information (grant database, website and annual report).
Manage office payroll, bill and tax payments through established protocols.
Provide clerical support to the President, Board and Trustees
• Timely distribution of monthly grant packages and LOI’s to Trustees, per schedule provided.
• Attend monthly board meetings, generate and distribute meeting agenda and minutes and create and maintain Trustees’ meeting calendar.
• Respond and send DMJF e-mails and calls and forward as necessary.
• Set-up Zoom meetings as required.
Purchase and maintenance of the office supplies and equipment.
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm. Some flexibility, as per President and Board of Trustees
WAGE: Hourly: $25 - $32, based on experience
