Horizons, a DePaul Senior Living Community, is looking for a passionate assisted living professional to lead our team! The Administrator will have the day-to-day authority for the adult care home for which they have charge, in collaboration with the Regional Director. They will be primarily responsible for ensuring the safe, effective and efficient operation of the facility including quality resident care, business operations and physical plant.
-Must be at least 18 years of age.
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College or University in an approved course of study plus 2 years of work related experience acceptable to the Department of Health (DOH), 1-year of which includes supervisory experience; or an Associate’s degree plus 3-years of related work experience acceptable to the department, 1-year of which must be supervisory experience; or High School diploma or GED plus 5 years related experience which must include supervisory experience.
-Well developed organizational skills.
-Experience managing budgets and financial operations.
-Ability to work effectively with inspectors, monitoring and licensing agencies.
-Must have a valid New York State driver’s license that meets agency’s clean driving record policy.
