Salary Range: $20-25hr

Brush Painter Experience/Skills
• Proven experience as a painter, specifically with cabinets, crown molding, and trim. (required)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with spray painting techniques is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry or cabinetry is a bonus.
• Certification or training in painting or related fields is desirable.

Job Requirements/Duties:
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Apply paint to cabinets, crown molding, and trim using brushes and other tools to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish.
• Mix and match paint to ensure color consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, storing all tools and materials properly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress.
