A growing law firm seeks a confident, outgoing Corporate Administrative Assistant in their Rochester office. This full-time role is responsible for helping the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group with administrative tasks.
Duties include preparing legal documents, general correspondence, managing files, and answering phones.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an exceptional eye for detail. Must be capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
*Prior office experience including 1 year in a legal environment
*Proficient with MS Word and Outlook
*Strong computer skills and ability to accurately type 45 WPM
*NetDocs experience a plus
*Excellent written and verbal communications skills
