Endeavor Health Services is growing! We are currently hiring a full-time licensed CTI Mental Health Clinician. The Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Mental Health Clinician will play a vital role in providing essential support and guidance to individuals navigating challenging life transitions. In this impactful position, you will work closely with the people we serve to foster stability and resilience, utilizing evidence-based strategies to facilitate their successful integration into the community. Your expertise and compassion will be instrumental in empowering individuals to achieve lasting positive change.Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
• Provide clinical guidance to the team to improve care for individuals being served in the CTI Program.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on short-term intervention and stabilization.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and risk factors.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure integrated care.
• Facilitate client access to community resources and support networks to promote long-term recovery.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to the people we serve and their families regarding mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Advocate for clients' mental health needs within the healthcare system and community services.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
• Clinical License in Social Work (LMSW/LCSW), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Applications.
Salary starting at $60,000 - $63,000/year depending on education, credential and experience. $5,000 sign on bonus fully paid after one year of service.
