Salary Range: 19.50-22.00

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Associate/Administrative Assistant operates at the intersection of logistics and client relations. In this fast-paced warehouse and office environment, you will serve as a critical bridge between internal operations and our B2B commercial clients, managing data entry and administrative workflows to ensure seamless service.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Client Relations & Order Management

Manage end-to-end B2B order processing, from inquiry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in pricing, credits, and customer-specific price levels.
Serve as the primary liaison between external clients and internal sales and operations teams to resolve inquiries and complaints.
Maintain product and service expertise to provide informed support and enhance the company’s professional image.


Logistics & Distribution Support

Coordinate with warehouse staff and delivery drivers to expedite orders and resolve issues regarding missing products, returns, or timing.
Verify route assignments and communicate delivery or inventory changes proactively to clients.
Prepare and audit essential delivery documentation, including invoices, return paperwork, and signature logs.


Administrative & Data Operations

Utilize ERP and inventory software to execute price adjustments, generate reports, and manage account correspondence.
Execute office logistics including mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and the operation of standard office equipment.


Financial Administration

Support Accounts Receivable and Payable by cataloging financial paperwork and processing client payments.
Review completed route paperwork for financial accuracy, including invoice changes and collection notes.


Internal Collaboration

Provide professional reception support and assist in training new team members.
Collaborate with management and sales teams on service improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to fluently speak, read and write English language
Professional verbal and written communication skills
1+ years of experience in Customer Relations
Proven track record of providing solutions to difficult issues
Exceptional prioritization and time management skills
Computer Literacy across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Office365 suite
