Responsibilities
• Become the expert on all client products and services and educate members on such products & services.
• Make calls on behalf of the client to “Win Back” their customer base.
• Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: phone, email, live-chat, etc.
• Attract and retain customers by answering questions and providing suggestions that lead to short- and long-term success.
• Delight customers during every service interaction.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
• This role requires outstanding communication skills, empathy, and quick thinking.
• It is imperative that you are able to think on your feet and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Document all communications, including issues and resolutions.
• Follow established building entry, compliance, and system security policies.
• Strictly adhere to all Nondiscrimination, relevant regulatory, compliance and accessibility guidelines.
• Adhere to attendance requirements.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of computer applications (Email, Word, Salesforce).
• Excellent organization, time management and communication skills.
• Customer Focused.
