District Manager in Rochester, NY

Salary Range: 85,000 annual salary

National Property Management Associates, Inc. is looking for a seasoned District Manager to oversee the operations of nine residential apartment communities and one commercial property totaling 1280 units in the Rochester, NY area.
The ideal candidate will have a progressive background in property management to include no less than three year's experience managing multiple sites.
Must have excellent leadership skills along with the ability to manage employees at all levels of the organization.

Essential job functions

Manage, lead and direct staff at multiple sites
Drive occupancy levels to within company ranges
Accompany ownership during onsite visits
Maintain the overall health and welfare of the property, its residents and employees.
Prepare projections & budgets for each site and work within those financial guidelines
Required skills

Strong leadership and problem solving capabilities
Ability to multi task various duties
Proficient computer skills along with analytical ability
Excellent communicator both verbally and in written form
Focused attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Working knowledge of MRI and Nexus a definite PLUS

Salary: $85,000 per year
