Ink Systems, Inc. is looking for an eager self-starter individual to join our team located in Rochester, NY. The right candidate will possess good work-ethic, be highly motivated, a team player, and reliable.

Basic Job Description

Weigh-up, mixing, matching, and batching of printing ink materials.
Ability to follow batch tickets instructions.
Working with chemicals and ink ingredients.
Operate machines to ensure the highest quality of production is achieved.
Report immediately to supervisor/lead/manager any and all problems, which may affect safety, equipment, tooling, and/or quality.
Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner in accordance with company guidelines.
Putting away stock and inventory control.
Detail oriented.

General Requirements

Batch weighing.
Understand all safety rules and procedures.
Must be able to perform all tasks/duties required in an appropriate time frame.
Basic math and computer skills.
Work and communicate well with co-workers, supervisors.
Ability to have reliable transportation back and forth to work.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand both oral and written instructions.
Working and standing up to 3-4 hours at a time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
Willing to train the right candidate

Full-time position

Salary: Starting at $20/hr, negotiable with experience
