We are currently hiring for a Facilities Manager at our Rochester, NY location.

This is a full time position - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Must be available for rotating On-call schedule as well as flexible emergency scheduling (including nights, weekends and holidays)

The position will require traveling to multiple sites and properties in the Rochester and Buffalo, NY area.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing all operations related to the maintenance, repair and upkeep of the facilities, equipment, machinery and maintenance operations. The person in this role will provide a safe, secure and clean environment for youth, families and staff. This person must be flexible and able to respond to the needs of all departments and services.

Essential functions of this job include, but are not limited to:

•Provides on-call support on a 24 hour basis.
•Supports the Director of Facilities by ensuring that department guidelines and processes are executed properly by the Facilities Managers and Technicians in the field.
•Manages daily tasks and scheduling of technicians.
•Executes scheduled compliance inspections.
•Maintains conditions of buildings and grounds for safety and appearance.
•Uses Critical Management skills to assess all of facility needs.
•Possesses strong project management skills.
•Responsible for site inspections and ensuring Facilities employees are engaged in a system of quality improvement.


Requirements: High School or GED is required. 1-3 years of facilities management experience is required. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards.
