The Country Club of Rochester is a prestigious Platinum Club of America and one of the Country's oldest clubs with deep roots in the community.

This is a great chance to be part of a devoted team who takes pride in providing excellent service. We are seeking qualified and dedicated individuals to fill the full time Food and Beverage Manager position with excellent management and customer service skills.

Flexible scheduling, which includes weekends and holidays. We have competitive wage and excellent benefits package for qualified full time employees. The Food and Beverage Manager ensures that Members and guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. The Food and Beverage Manager supervises and assists with other Service Staff that are responsible for serving, setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the dining areas to Country Club standards of excellence. This individual must be able to supervise and assist in complete opening and closing duties/checklists in a timely fashion. The Food and Beverage Manager will adhere to Club Rules and policies. He/She Reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage.

Job Requirements:
-Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
-Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional Member service.
-Full-time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
-Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
-Professional appearance appropriate for a premier country club.
-Beer/Wine/Liquor Knowledge is preferred.

Skills:
-Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task
-Familiarizing members and their guests with the menu and daily specials, accurately recording food and drink orders.
-Must have good communication and ability to promote sales.
-Must be skilled in time management.
-Must have motivational skills.

Attitude:
-Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the Members and exceed their expectations.
-Must be flexible and able to adjust to meet the changing needs of the Club and the Members.
-Must maintain a level of professionalism and communicate effectively.
-Must show enthusiasm for the job and for the Club.
