This is a fulltime position that performs a wide range of customer service, sales order administration and data entry responsibilities. Takes calls for the divisional and customer inquiries, schedules service appointments, backs up switchboard. Enters and updates all sales orders, sets up jobs in the system, billing/invoicing of all sales orders. Learns other divisional procedures and backs up other associates as required. Must be proficient in MS Office programs and MAS 500 a plus. Must possess excellent inter-personal skills, have the ability to multi-task, be a team player and have a strong attention to detail.
