Lead Electrical Project Manager in East Pembroke, NY

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000

A growing company based in Genesee County, NY is looking to hire an experienced Lead Electrical Project Manager. This full-time role will oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Duties include:
Estimating and submitting proposals to clients
Planning, executing, and finalizing electrical construction projects according to strict deadlines/budget
Leading and mentoring a small team of project managers and estimators
Coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan
Monitoring all onsite and offsite constructions for compliance with building and safety regulations
Reviewing work progress on daily basis and preparing job status reports
Analyzing, managing and mitigating risks
Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with extensive technical knowledge to facilitate seamless operations and team collaboration.

Job Requirements
Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Electrician with solid project management experience
8-10+ years of proven electrical project management experience in the construction industry
Strong technical background and knowledge of electrical system construction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
