LPN in Rochester, NY

Salary Range: $20.00 to 23.00 /hour

Well-established internal medicine office is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse four (4) days per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (no Thursdays) Hours are 8:30 to 4:30-5:00. no weekends, No holidays.
Duties to include, but not limited to, interviewing patients, obtaining vital signs, preparing patients and assisting physicians with patient exams and/or treatment.
Continuing responsibilities including charting and clerical work when necessary and overseeing and managing phone prescriptions and electronic refills to pharmacies.
LPN’s will have the opportunity to perform injections and specific instructions under the direction of the physician.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Accredited LPN
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Current New York State LPN license and certification to administer medication.
