Mobile Maintenance Technician in Rochester, NY

Salary Range: $19-$29/hr.

Who We Want:
Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is looking for experienced Mobile Maintenance Technicians to conduct regular site inspections, perform all preventative maintenance, and provide necessary repairs for our commercial and retail customers.

$2,000 Signing Bonus Offered!

What You Need To Have:
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience performing maintenance work in commercial and/or retail settings
• Ability to self-perform repair work using hand tools, power tools, mechanical tools, and measuring devices
• A working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems - HVAC knowledge preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work with vendors when necessary
• Ability to collaborate with Property Managers
• A comfort level using computer software and a smart phone
• Experience servicing bank equipment a plus
• A willingness to work on call and overtime when necessary
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance required for travel to properties

Pay range for this position is $19.00 per hour to $29.00 per hour. Please note the actual pay rate will be determined and adjusted based on factors such as candidate experience,
