JOB SUMMARY: As a Multiskilled Support Representative, supporting consumer care lines of business for a well-known company, you will provide a premium consumer service experience by responding to inbound service-related messages via phone, email, paper-mail, social, and live chat.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Categories and functions supported may include:
• You will provide support to role and team through Direct to Consumer (DTC) order follow-up via telephone, email, chat, messaging, social media, and paper mail inquiries moving fluidly between channels of communication throughout the day as volume demands it.
• You will resolve consumer concerns by working to provide solution to consumer-driven issue or question.
• You will respond efficiently, accurately, and professionally to a variety of company’s consumers
• You will act as a consumer advocate while protecting and promoting the company’s integrity
• You’ll use effective written communication skills applying sound judgment and effective business decision ability in servicing the consumer
• You will utilize various systems and other support tools to ensure accurate responses to consumer inquiries
