Key Responsibilities:
• Assist buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, and rental properties.
• Conduct market research and comparative market analyses (CMAs) to determine property values.
• List and market properties through multiple listing services (MLS), online platforms, and traditional advertising methods.
• Arrange and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and lease terms on behalf of clients.
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from property search to closing.
• Stay informed on local market trends, zoning regulations, and state real estate laws.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
• Ensure all legal documentation and disclosures comply with New York State real estate laws.
• Participate in continuing education and training to maintain an active real estate license.
Requirements:
