Responsible for providing detail oriented administrative support and completing general office tasks including but not limited to inventory and finance management.

• Filing and Data Entry
• Answering multi-line phone system, directing calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing phone support to delivery teams
• Rescheduling, tracking, and tracing deliveries
• Inventory tracking and ensuring documentation relating to inventory flow is complete and accurate
• Manage budget expenses and payment tracking using QuickBooks and Excel
• Supply order tracking and placement
• Assist with special projects as assigned
Required Skills:
• Must be familiar with the operation and use of standard office equipment
• QuickBooks experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Word and Excel
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Excellent interpersonal communication, both verbal and written
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Friendly and attentive customer service
• Willingness to learn new skills and offer assistance when needed
• Some HR experience preferred but not required

Education & Experience:
• Associates Degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
• 2 years related experience preferred

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience
