Quality Assurance Technician in Rochester, NY

Salary Range: $17-$20/hour

Job Summary:
Knowledge of food safety.
Perform all HACCP functions as listed in the HACCP plan
Complete all calibrations as outlined in the calibration program.
Perform all quality tests as required. This includes weights, testing of baked pies, including remaining pies from previous day, PH measurements and cleans up.
Ensure dough and filling weights are within specifications and makes adjustments when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness in the QA areas.
Promptly report issues to the QA Management that would affect performing any QA job duty in the manner described in the corresponding procedure.
Promptly stop and report to supervision any production operation not meeting quality or food safety requirements.
Complete all paperwork as required.
