Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Residential HVAC Service Technician with installation expertise to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems, ranging from gas furnaces, heat pumps, minisplits, AC, water heaters, humidifiers; as well as performing installations for both new and existing clients. If you love working with your hands, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Install new HVAC equipment and accessories with precision and care, adhering to safety regulations and company standards.
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction with every service call.
• Educate customers on proper equipment operation, maintenance and safety practices.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assist with site evaluations and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of installations and repairs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a residential HVAC technician, including installation and service.
• Strong knowledge of various systems (natural gas, propane, electric).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE) are a plus
