The Senior Payroll Administrator is a highly organized and professional individual who builds strong client relationships and establishes clear lines of communication with clients, leadership and internal staff members.

-Prepare regular and special off-cycle payrolls for multiple clients in an accurate and timely fashion
-Respond to client and employee inquiries via telephone and email, and escalate questions to the Payroll Manager or vendor technical resource as needed
-Research data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
-Maintain organized and complete electronic files for each client
-Perform data entry and maintenance of all client information into payroll systems including employee work, pay, paid time off, and time and attendance data
-Import data and run various reports as requested
-Assist with researching payroll related laws and trends
-Identify payroll system updates and impact to client processes
-Work on special projects for clients if needed

-Excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, strong administrative and analytical skills
-Reliable with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
-Strong analytical skills and problem solving
-Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
-Minimum 5 years of related payroll experience
-CPP or FCP certification is preferred
-HRIS or HR experience is preferred, but not required
-Flexibility to work 8-10 hours on Mondays and Tuesdays required, remaining weekly schedule is flexible for the right candidate
