Heritage Christian Services is seeking candidates for a Workforce Applications Manager position. In this role you will serve as the technical point of contact for candidate and employee experience systems. These include iCIMS applicant tracking system, HireVue video interview technology, and Achievers Recognition platform. Analyzes workforce data, which contributes to positioning Heritage Christian Services as a premier employer in support of the mission, vision and values of Heritage Christian Services, Inc.

Serve as system administrator for iCIMS- applicant tracking system and HireVue.
Serve as program administrator for Achievers employee recognition and rewards platform.
Implement employee rewards program that recognizes performance achievements and service anniversaries.
Manage rewards budget and conduct audits in Achievers.
Create and distribute employee feedback surveys, compiling results of the survey and disseminating information to leadership.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting on configuration and new functionality related to systems.
Manages permissions, access, and settings for iCIMS, and HireVue users.
Foster improved data quality and reporting.
Address organizational needs within the systems to include implementations, upgrades, new product research, process improvements, and training.
Assures for data accuracy in systems by conducting audits. Resolves discrepancies with team members and identifies process improvement.
Serve as data steward for Workforce and Talent Development department. Run queries and reports to obtain talent acquisition metrics and key performance indicators.
Maintain, produce and distribute regular required reports to internal and external requesters.
Address system issues with vendors with continued follow through until issue is resolved.
Review business enhancement requests, requirements, interdependencies, potential risks, and workflow analysis.
Serve as point person for integration with other platforms.
Creates and reviews standard work for new and existing processes.
Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Analytics team to share knowledge and improve data analysis.

One to two years of human resources system-related knowledge preferred
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and ability to complete work within demanding time-lines
Commitment to effectively handle confidential information
Demonstrated dedication to providing outstanding customer service
Able to work independently, solution-oriented and take initiative
Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
Experience with ADP WFN, iCIMS and/or other HR tech preferred
General Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new applications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
